Hi gay people on my puter, it's me Veronyca! (ronycommitment) I'm the main director at Birdhouse and I'm also the person leading Angry Birds Big Adventure!

This is the first blog post I've ever written for the site which just released so cut me some slack if it's a little all over the place! Today we're officially opening or first casting call, this casting call is our way of finding new voice actors for all our Birdhouse projects including Angry Birds Big Adventure and Funky Birds! We're looking for people to voice the main flock for both projects, the characters in question are Red, Chuck, Bomb, The Blues, Matilda, Hal, Stella, and Bubbles. The main reason why we're looking for voice actors now is because we've realized that we can't do all the voices ourselves, whether it be for bad audio quality, new living situations, etc.

That's why we need YOU to help us out! I've written up a Google doc that goes into more detail about what we're looking for in terms of voice actors, it includes the characters we need voiced, requirements for applications, and a few other important bits.

In semi related news the characters that I listed earlier are almost done sprite wise! Spriting birds takes a LONG ass time so I've been trying my best to crack them out and get them done ASAP. I haven't worked on any new music for a hot minute but some of the other songs planned for the initial ABBA release are being handled by Axel and Eric, but I still have a few songs on my plate don't get it twisted! 3D assets have been kinda slow as of late, we got Draco on the team last month to help out with 3D art so that I don't have to do it all myself, the problem is there hasn't been much urgency to work on 3D stuff so yknow!
